Playbook Views

⭐️ Enabled setting a published version as the default version from the versions UI.
⭐️ Allowed users to enter a changelog note when publishing a new version.
⭐️ Enabled publishing a draft into a new version via a “Publish” action in the UI.
⭐️ Added a warning when editing from another version if a draft already exists, with options to continue or create a new draft.
